Okay, I said I was going to do "bumper stickers" from time to time and I haven't been really faithful in that so far, but I'm working on it. I have no intention of doing a "quote of the day" every day or every week or whatever, but I AM going to have some quotes on here sometimes. Here is one I found, that resonates with me at present.
"Depression is a symptom which warns us that we're getting into deep water. It is, I believe, designed by God as an emotional reaction to slow us down, to remove us from the race, to pull us back so we can take stock...
